Service limitations: The App depends on an available internet connection, device permissions, and the local network environment. Xievip VPN is not fully responsible for access issues caused by unpaid carrier bills, carrier restrictions, network outages, device settings, roaming fees, or changes by third-party platforms. Mobile data and international roaming charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use and must comply with applicable laws and the rules of target platforms. We make reasonable efforts to maintain route information, client compatibility, and service reliability, but we do not guarantee that every region, every network, or every third-party website will always be reachable. The App may release updates from time to time for security and compatibility, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. If the service ends, your license also ends and you must stop using and delete the App.
