This Privacy Policy explains how Xievip VPN (referred to as 'this Service', 'we', or 'us') handles personal information when you download, install, register for, or use our mobile and desktop applications (the 'App'). We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain reliability, and protect user privacy.

When you use the App, we may process necessary account information, device type, operating system version, connection status, error logs, IP address, and approximate region. This information is used for: 1. Account and service delivery, including login verification, plan entitlement, and server availability; 2. Performance improvement, including aggregated diagnostics for route quality, crash causes, and regional connection issues; 3. Service communication, including security notices, version updates, plan changes, or support responses. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles unrelated to the VPN service.

To keep the App stable, we may share anonymized or aggregated data with necessary service providers such as app distribution platforms, crash analytics providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure vendors. Except where required by law, needed to protect users or platform security, resolve disputes, or fulfill contractual obligations, we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. You may stop using the App through your device's standard uninstall process; after removal, the App will no longer actively generate new local operational data.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period, for legally required periods, and for a reasonable security retention window. To cancel your account, request deletion, or ask privacy questions, contact us at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, permission separation, and audit practices to reduce unauthorized access risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product, law, or operations change. We will publish the revised version on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
